Carrot sponge with pecans, walnuts and almonds with a classic cream cheese frosting, finished off with a pecan on top and a drizzle of almond butter.

Named after the ever so elegant Lady Diana. A decadent pistachio sponge filled in with a dreamy pistachio cream patisserie and topped off with a rose swiss meringue frosting. The rosette's drizzled with some pistachio cream and pink dust and finished off with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals.

The OG sponges of them all - a very vanilla sponge filled with sprinkles and finished off with a velvety smooth vanilla frosting and heaps of sprinkles.
